Gigantic cable bacterium enters the museum

Cable bacteria have finally made it to the museum! Over summer, a 7-meter long cable bacterium filament is on display within Technopolis, the Science & Technology museum in Mechelen (Belgium). The gigantic cable bacteria model features within the entrance hall of the museum and is accompanied by a video display, which provides information on the ongoing research within the Microbial Electricity Research Team.
